Mark started playing traditional Irish music on the flute in the pub sessions in York, Leeds and Sheffield. He later took the plunge and bought a set of Uilleann pipes. Since moving to Dunblane, he has played flute, pipes and whistles with Reel Ale, contributing to the unique blend of Scots, Irish and Contemporary repertoire played by the band.
